Live online courses and events

Cancellations by you

If you need to cancel your registration, please email hello@newalexandriafoundation.org.

Refunds depend on how close the cancellation is to the course start date:

  • More than 14 days before the course begins: full refund

  • 14 to 7 days before the course begins: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days before the course begins: no refund

If you’re unable to attend, you may request that we transfer your registration to another person at no cost (subject to seat availability and any eligibility requirements listed on the course page).

Missed sessions / partial attendance

Refunds are not available for missed class sessions or partial attendance.

Cancellations or changes by NAF

If NAF cancels a course or event, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule or make a significant change (for example, a major change to dates/times), you may request a full refund if the new schedule does not work for you.

Physical merchandise (if applicable)

If we offer physical items for sale, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To start a return, email hello@newalexandriafoundation.org. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

(NAF will provide a return shipping label when applicable.)

Damages and issues (physical items only)

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Donations

Donations are final and non-refundable, unless a donation was made in error (for example, duplicate transactions). If you believe a donation was processed incorrectly, please contact hello@newalexandriafoundation.org as soon as possible.

Refunds (timing)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact hello@newalexandriafoundation.org.
